Community Impact is the outreach ministry of Pointe North Community Church. It is the mission of Community Impact to model Jesus Christ’s love and compassion through service to those in our local communities the second Saturday of every month. The following ministries are under Community Impact:
• Car Clinic-This clinic is a two fold ministry in that it provides low or no cost vehicle service while providing a place to serve for those with mechanical skills. Contact Jeff Kurzontkowski at: 296-6748
• Lowcountry Pregnancy Center-Volunteers are needed to help with renovations and the move into our new facility, as well as our upcoming Walk for Life. Contact Vicky Stahl at: 553-3505
• Neighborhood Blitz-We will have cookouts in various neighborhoods so we can meet and minister to people in need. Contact Jim and Pat Muckenfuss at: 834-2314 or 729-6900
• Hope Repair-This ministry will help our neighbors regain hope by extending our hands through home repair to those who feel discouraged and forgotten. Contact David and Peggy Ensor at the church office.
• Seniors/Elderly-We will visit nursing homes and our homebound seniors, deliver homemade gifts and do small acts of service. Contact Robin Wilson at: 834-8383
• Food Pantry-The Shepherd’s Sheep Food Pantry provides modest meals to those in need within our community.
